POET recently launched a new website to provide information and keep people updated on their cellulosic ethanol project called Project Liberty. Project Liberty consists of expanding an existing corn ethanol plant in Emmetsburg, Iowa to be able to process cellulosic material into ethanol. Once completed the plant will be able to produce 125 million gallons of ethanol per year, with about 25 million gallons of that being made from the corn cobs and other corn fiber.Project Liberty Website
